Gerry Building

910 S Los Angeles St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA

Description

As one of the most distinctive structures in the LA Fashion District, The Gerry Building is a beautiful statement of Art Deco architecture. Rounded corners, curves and block lines define the nine-story exterior, which is set against a palette of era colors. All of this pays homage to a beautiful time and place, and captures the sense of L.A. heritage.

The Gerry Building is built in 1946, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. This historic building has been completely renovated and reborn, marrying retro-elegance with modern details. Inside and out, The Gerry Building has been updated with new materials, technology and finishes to create a collection of contemporary showroom and design suites that blend the new and the old like nowhere else in the Fashion District. It is a powerful symbol of the period in which it was built, while still maintaining a cool, modern image for all to enjoy.
